This document constitutes your booking agreement terms with Kawar Tours and our suppliers. Please read these booking conditions carefully as they are the sole terms and conditions of the contract between you and the relevant service providers of the accommodation, transport or any other booked service. These terms and conditions apply equally to all residents of any country around the world.
The person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of all the persons named in the booking. A binding contract exists between you and the relevant service provider of the booked service when we send your invoice on behalf of the relevant service provider or their agent to the person making the booking; the terms and conditions of the relevant service provider or their agent will then apply. As we Kawar Tours act only as an agent in the booking process, Kawar Tours and the relevant service provider reserve the right to change, amend or correct prices shown on our site at any time before or after you have booked. If the price of your booking changes in such a way we will pass on the details of the change as soon as possible. Not included as part of the services we offer: any applicable departure tax, security or port charges, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger facility charges and international transportation tax. In addition, tips/gratuities to tour directors, drivers, and local guides; passports and visa fees; baggage and personal insurance; beverages and food not listed under inclusions in the travel product and all other items of a personal nature are also not included. You should retain sufficient local currency to pay for all of the above items if necessary. 1- Information Accuracy
We and our suppliers regularly review all details about the travel product offered to ensure accuracy. Please review your booking details before paying, booking details should be double checked on your email confirmation. 2- Payments
Booking online on Kawar Tours website is totally secured and integrated with PayPal which is the most secured method of payment on the Internet. Guests will have the option to pay 25% & 100% of the total amount of their services. All payments have to be settled before the beginning of the booked service where 25% or the full amount could be paid on Kawar Tours website. If 25% of the amount was paid online the rest of the amount should be paid upon arrival. Please note that ATMs and cash machines might fail you down in case of not informing your bank to allow a certain amount per-day of withdrawal. In such cases Kawar Tours will postpone the collection of the amount till you exceed the 25% paid online and no services should be provided after that. Kawar Tours is not responsible whatsoever for any delay of cash payment upon arrival and reserves the right of not providing any services if the full amount was not paid upon arrival for any reason. 3- Cancellation Policy
If, for any reason, you decide to cancel your confirmed bookings, your credit card will be credited with the appropriate amount as per the cancellation policy below: If you cancel within 45 days prior to any booking, a cancelation fee will be charged, and this amount cannot be credited to any other booking. Notice of cancelation must be made in writing either directly to Kawar Tours or through your Travel Agent. The following scale of charges will apply when a cancelation occurs for any booked service: "Number of days prior to a booking and cancellation fees as a percentage of total price" 45 - 22 days: 30% 21 - 8 days: 50% 7 -1 day: 100%
Kawar Tours reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. Kawar Tours is not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancelations. 4- Inclusions A) Private Tours Bookings Included •Modern air-conditioned vehicle •English speaking guide throughout the tour for bookings over 5 people •All hotels accommodation as the user booked on bed & breakfast basis •All services booked from the Add-ons section •Entrance fees to sites •Any inclusions specified in the itinerary details Not included •Visa and departure tax or any charges of government formalities •Accommodation night before and/or after your tour unless booked from the "Add-ons" section •Meals unless booked from the "Add-ons" section •International airfare •Travel insurance •Tips are not included and it is very much appreciated in the Middle-Eastern culture •Any exclusion specified in the itinerary details B) Group Tours Bookings Included •Accommodation in the hotel category of choice •Buffet Breakfast Daily •Services charges and sales taxes at hotels and restaurants •Transportation in comfortable air-conditioned tour coaches, vans and limousines •Services of an Escort / Guide throughout the tour •All entrance fees to sites visited and services of local guides where necessary. •Assistance with Immigration and Customs formalities at Amman airport, King Hussein (Allenby) and Sheikh Hussein Bridges

5- Hotels & Accommodation
•Hotels Reservations & Inquiries: Hotel inquiries would be confirmed within 48 hours on working days basis. The star ratings may be different to official ratings as they vary significantly by country, and often within countries. Hence it is your responsibility to review the description of hotel facilities, rooms, meals and other amenities to make the best decision for yourselves.
It is your responsibility when making a reservation to ensure you have booked the correct room type for your needs. All details of the room types and the number of people that can be accommodated in the room are available on the website and should be double checked on your email confirmation. 6- Transportation
Kawar Tours use brand new vehicles with a comfortable seating for guests allowing some extra seats to be free for more comfort. Our cars and mini vans drivers are English-speaking drivers, some of them are multi-lingual and carry a great amount of courtesy in dealing with visitors. Airport and Port Transfers: You are responsible for providing precise arrival time and pick up location information (like airport, flight number, cruise docking port, hotel address) at least 48 hours before the travel date to the contact email or phone numbers mentioned in the booking voucher. Failure to do so can lead to loss of service and Kawar Tours, or the relevant service provider will not be liable for any refunds or penalties.
7- Tour Guides
Escorted tours are conducted by professional English speaking tour guides and other languages. Kawar Tours uses the services of hand-picked tour guides with vast knowledge and experience.
8- Sightseeing
All entrance fees are included in the Private Tours, Guaranteed Tours & City Tours.
9- Porterage
Suite cases or baggage should not exceed one baggage and one roller or hand bag per-traveler. Any extra baggage than that Kawar Tours will not be responsible for in the term of carrying or putting onboard of vehicle. Hand luggage or roller should be taken in vehicle with the traveler and not causing any distraction to other travelers, bus driver and Tour Guide.
10- Tips
All tips are not included and they would be rewarded to drivers, hotel, restaurants staff, tour guides and porters. Kawar Tours advises its clients to be generous on tipping in order to keep a high quality of service for all our guests.
11- Travel Insurance
Kawar Tours recommends that all passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Certain countries have requirements for foreign visitors to have a valid medical insurance on entry. Kawar Tours cannot be held responsible if a passenger is denied entry for being unable to provide such an insurance document.
12- Travel Documents
All guests should have the following: •Valid passport •Flight details should be provided to Kawar Tours upon booking and it is part of your booking procedure.
13- General Information and Conditions
Trip Participation: Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Passengers with special needs are welcomed on Kawar Tours if they are accompanied by a companion capable of providing all necessary assistance and do not require special assistance from Kawar Tours personnel. Kawar Tours reserves the right to refuse to carry anyone if it felt that the individual cannot cope with the requirements of tours travel and who may require facilities and services that Kawar Tours cannot guarantee availability of such services. You agree not to hold Kawar Tours or any of its suppliers responsible for any decision made by them or any service provider to refuse providing any facilities or accommodation.
For the benefit of all tour members, Kawar Tours reserves the right to accept, reject or remove any tour member whose conduct is considered to be incompatible with the interests of other tour members. Kawar Tours is not responsible for any costs incurred if we have to terminate a tour member's tour due to unacceptable behavior
Itinerary Variations: Kawar Tours constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control made changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to use substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on itinerary pages in the website. Trade fairs, conferences, Royal or governmental events occasionally cause changes from scheduled hotels. In such cases substitute hotels may be used and will be of a similar standard. Complaints Procedure: Should you have a complaint in respect of your holiday, you should inform your Tour Director/Representative immediately. If the matter cannot be resolved after the Tour Director's/Representative's best endeavors to do so during the holiday, your complaint can be made in writing to Kawar Tours or call the emergency number of Kawar Tours.
14- Things to Know Before You Go
Passports & Visa: You are responsible for all visas, permits, necessary health requirements and any other documents as required by law, regulations and orders of the countries visited. All passengers traveling in the Middle East require a Passport valid for 6 months beyond the conclusion of their trip with appropriate visas. The operators and/or their employees and their agents are not responsible for passport, visa requirements, entry, health or other requirements of the countries visited or for any loss sustained by you for failing to comply with laws, regulations, orders and/or requirements of countries visited.
Holidays & Changes: During local or national holidays, certain facilities such as museums, sightseeing tours and shopping may be limited. In such instances and whenever possible, slight itinerary adjustments are made by Kawar Tours to minimize inconvenience to tour members. If however, your enjoyment might be diminished by such minor limitations, please check with the respective national tourist office before selecting a departure. Holidays, closing days and other circumstances may change the day of the week for scheduled "dining out", gala dinners, sightseeing and other activities.
